Great view of Lingmoor Fell

Jadians Nook (16 Thrang Brow) is a modern terraced cottage located in Chapel Stile on the way along the Great Langdale Valley in the heart of the Lake District. The spacious accommodation is spread out over three floors, accessed via a spiral staircase, comprising of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge / dining area, bathroom and utility room.  It comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with bedrooms comprising of one double, and a twin bedroom.  The views from the front of the property across the valley to Lingmoor Fell, and Baysbrown Farm are delightful.

There is designated private parking for 1 vehicle to the rear of the property, and further parking available locally.  Outside at the front of the cottage is a grassed area where guests can sit and enjoy the fantastic views across the valley and towards the Langdale Pikes.

The heart of the village is just a short stroll away. In the village you can find the well stocked local convenience store -the Langdale Coop, Brambles Cafe, and the welcoming village church – The Great Langdale Holy Trinity, and  Wainwrights Inn which sells local brewed ales and provides good homemade food. Leaving the car behind and jumping on a bus to explore the National Park not only helps to look after the spectacular landscape but also gives passengers the opportunity to see it without the challenge of negotiating narrow, and sometimes steep, country lanes or search for parking at your destination. By sitting back watching the landscape go by, the journey becomes part of your adventure!
