To the side of the cottage there is a large dining patio and on the doorstep hundreds of acres of woodland.

The living area is bright and spacious consisting of living room with a log burner. A large fitted kitchen with a dining area large enough for all of your party to be seated.

The spacious fitted kitchen includes a five ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and an American syle fridge/freezer. There is a handy utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. The rear hallway leads you through to the back door and the WC cloakroom..

Upstairs there are four superbly furnished bedrooms. To the front are two king sized rooms both with en-suite bathrooms. To the rear of the cottage are two twin rooms both also have an en-suite bathroom.

Outside is a large patio area to the side of the cottage with beautiful views over towards Lake Windermere, garden furniture, a fire pit and a fantastic new wood fired hot tub!
