Eel House Cottage is a delightful detached cottage set in its own garden with views across open meadows.
There is parking for 2 cars, and a private outside seating area to the side of the house. In addition to this there is a small outbuilding with lockable doors to store bikes etc.
The house has been recently renovated to a high standard, with tasteful decoration and furnishing throughout. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with a wood burning stove, seperate dining area with a well equiped kichen, and a small utility room with washing machine. Upstairs is the family bathroom (shower over the bath), a lovely twin room, and the master double room with ensuite shower room.
Everything you need to get away from it all.
Located between Hawkshead and Graythwaite, the house is also not too far away from Far Sawrey and Near Sawrey, where you can access the ferry across to Bowness and Ambleside.
With the house you will also have access to the swimming pool facility on the Home Farm complex behind the Graythwaite Estate.
