Fresh open plan living-dining room with fantastic views

12 Thrang Brow is part of a more modern development self-catering properties in Chapel Stile, spread over three floors with a bright open living space and fantastic views out towards Lingmoor.

There is plenty of storage space on the ground floor and a spiral staircase which leads up to the main living room and kitchen which is a bright, comfortable open space with large windows and view out towards Lingmoor.  There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, comprising the master bedroom with a large double and the second bedroom with twin beds.

The ground floor has a full king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and well equipped utility space accessed from the entrance hall.  The comfortable living/dining room is dual aspect provided superb views.

Chapel Stile is the perfect base for your Lake District holiday with plenty of walks available right from the doorstep. The Langdale valley provides a huge range of walking and biking routes and some of the most dramatic scenery and iconic Wainwrights.  Fittingly enough, the local pub in Chapel Stile is called Wainwrights Inn and is only a short walk away. The picturesque village of Elterwater is close by with a magnificent maple tree at its heart. The Britannia Inn, Slates Cafe and the welcoming Eltermere Country House Hotel with its fantastic restaurant and bar is well worth a trip to indulge yourself.

Chapel Stile is only four miles from the bustling town of Ambleside. Here you will find a great array of shops, cafes, cinemas and a Michelin star restaurant. And of course Lake Windermere, England’s largest lake, offers all the fun of many water sports, lake cruises and is a very pleasant place to sit and watch the world go by.
