The best location in Windermere to enjoy the town centre, and the lake, with connections across to Low Wray, Ambleside’s Water Edge, Far Sawrey and Fell Foot and the southern foot of the Lake – fantastic connections to explore this whole area on foot using the ferries across Windermere.

Right in the centre of Windermere, you are just a short walk away from Booths to spoil yourself, some lovely pubs and cafes, and The Little Chippy at the end of the street – one of the best local fish and chip shops.

Main open plan dining-living room, with smart TV and fast broadband – dining area for 4 and french doors to a small yard with outside seating.
Well fitted galley kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher, full height fridge-freezer, and of course oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The kitchen is supplied with pans and dishes, a full set of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery with plenty of cooking utensils. There is a standard cafetiere for coffee.

Parking

There is on-street permit parking only which is quite limited, but you can pull up to unload, and then the nearest carpark is Broad Street carpark, only a few minutes walk away. A permit is included in the house for one car to park in Broad Street carpark. This will be a laminated notice to display in your car, but please ensure you return to the house on departure.
