Rosegate House the main property sleeps 6. Entering on the second floor a galley style kitchen.  Light and comfortable lounge /  dining room with a feature Lakeland slate fireplace and fantastic views from the windows. Upstairs you have 2 tastefully furnished double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom.

Rosegate Cottage entered on the same level as Rosegate House from the covered courtyard sleeps 2. On entering the hallway accommodation comprises of a spacious beautifully presented double bedroom with en-suite wc / shower room, tastefully furnished open plan lounge / well equipped kitchen / & dining area with french doors opening out onto the patio area.

The Stables is entered at the front of the properties on ground level and also sleeps 2. Accommodation comprises of an open plan luxurious lounge / well equipped modern kitchen and dining area all furnished to a very high standard with a modern style.  From the lounge is the luxurious double bedroom and en-suite WC & shower room.

There is free parking spaces for 4 cars with the property, with the addition of a garage for you to store your bicycles and equipment.
