The master bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom is a twin using a spacious family bathroom with shower over the bath. The utility room on the ground floor is a useful space for washing and storing muddy boots after a long walk on the fells.

Located in the beautiful Langdale Valley, Chapel Stile is a small, peaceful village surrounded by some of the most dramatic scenery in the Lake District. The towering Langdale Pikes, lush woodlands and crystal-clear rivers make this a favourite area for walkers, climbers and those seeking a quieter base close to the busier towns.
Chapel Stile is just a short drive from Ambleside and Grasmere and easily reached via the A593 from Ambleside. The nearest train station is at Windermere, around 8 miles away, with regular buses connecting to the Langdale Valley.
Once here, you can enjoy fantastic walking right from your door, with routes ranging from riverside strolls along Great Langdale Beck to challenging hikes up to the Pikes. The village itself has a welcoming pub, a well-stocked shop, and a lovely old church, with the valley offering plenty of opportunities for photography and picnics.
