This is a spacious property for two, in the heart of the village, located behind Rosegate house with a wonderful garden terrace.

Rosegate Cottage is a fantastic luxurious apartment style holiday cottage for two guests in the village of Elterwater.  It has been converted from the former stables that once served the gunpowder works in the nineteenth century and is part of much larger property that enjoys a prominent position in the village.    The elevated position ensures superb views across the meadows and village.

On entering the hallway accommodation comprises of a spacious beautifully presented double bedroom with en-suite WC / shower room, tastefully furnished open plan lounge with log burner, well equipped kitchen and dining area with french doors opening out onto the patio area.  Guests can enjoy use of the secluded well established garden with lovely views from the patio and the various seating areas.
